Jacqueline Brito, an organizational development specialist, a trusted advisor and entrepreneur with over 25 years of hands-on experience, specializing in human capital risk and building and strengthening the resilience of leaders and organizations. She is the founder and owner of two professional business consulting firms. The first, Recycle Regrets®, offers specialized consulting, coaching, and educational solutions that support clients in becoming more resilient, promoting growth and adaptability. Her second firm, HR Asset Partners, is an organizational development firm providing customized consulting, employee learning and development, and coaching programs that empower clients to prevent and mitigate human capital risks in talent acquisition and employee relations.
Before founding her companies, Jacqueline held important leadership roles in both corporate and higher education at organizations such as Orlando Sentinel Communications and Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business. She successfully led data-driven strategic initiatives that aligned with organizational goals, increasing both individual and organizational performance and engagement.
She has partnered with a wide range of industry professionals to build strong relationships as they navigate some of their most difficult and challenging transitions in pursuit of sustainable results and operational success. Her structured approach combines thoughtful leadership with practical strategies, empowering leaders and, in turn, their organizations, to thrive in constantly changing environments.
Jacqueline holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior, a master’s in human resources, a Mini-MBA, and certifications in coaching, emotional intelligence, DiSC, senior human resources, and soft skills development. She is also passionate about education and actively shares her expertise by teaching graduate-level business courses, inspiring emerging leaders in resilience practices.
